I like it - you should totally do it again (says the woman who has no discipline to add photos to her posts)!
I'm totally envying your avocado tree. I've tried starting pits at least a dozen times and have never gotten them to root.
Just today sharing notes on avocado trees. Mine never seem to make it that far.
