I'm still working through the Bible in 90 Days Chronological Reading Plan so my "other" reading has gone down a bit this month.
Bible
- Jonah
- Amos
- Isaiah
- Michah
- Proverbs
- Psalms
- Nahum
- Habakkuk
- Zephaniah
- Lamentations
- Obadiah
- Ezekiel
- 2 Kings
- Jeremiah
- 2 Chronicles
- Daniel
- Haggai
As always, links are to my full reviews.
Christian Fiction
- With Every Letter by Sarah Sundin - 4 stars. Fantastic book, a breath of fresh air.
- The Quilt by T. Davis Bunn, Davis Bunn - 4 stars. A heart warming story!
- A Passion Most Pure by Julie Lessman - 1 star. For a book titled A Passion Most Pure, there is a lot of passion. Way too much for my taste. I cannot recommend it.
- Her Restless Heart by Barbara Cameron - 3 stars. A pleasant weekend read.
Christian Nonfiction
- Blessing Your Husband by Debra Evans - 2 stars. It had potential, but wasn't for me. Not deep enough.
General Nonfiction
- That Dorky Homemade Look by Lisa Boyer - 3 stars. A quick, cute read.
- Practical Cat Management by G. N. Officer - 3 stars. A good deal of useful information.
Secular Fiction
- Time and Again by Jack Finney - 4 stars. Fantastic time travel story with NYC as the main character. I wish they'd turned it into a movie!
Currently Reading
- North and South by Elizabeth Gaskell
Happy reading!!

Love the diversity in your list. Makes it more fun when you have a choice of book to pick up. There are several on your list that I need to add to mine.
I have never been disappointed with T. Davis Bunn. The Chronological reading plan sounds interesting. I like how you have organized your reading lists.
Good to know about Blessing Your Husband. I won't seek it out then.
What is with the steamy Christian novels these days? That's one of the reasons why I read Christian romance instead of the run-of-the-mill stuff. SO frustrating.
Kudos to you for reading the Bible through in 90 days yet again--you're still getting plenty of reading done.
I have finished exactly zero books since my last nightstand.
I am waiting for With Every Letter from the library and can't wait to read it.
I tried reading A Passion Most Pure two different times and gave up on it. Glad to know I didn't miss anything.
What a fun eclectic list!

I LOVED Time and Again! I haven't read the sequel though, I've heard it wasn't as good.
A nice list. I like your ratings and quick thoughts!
Too much passion...ugh!!
Wasn't With Every Letter great? I loved it. Loved North and South, too. I don't think I have read that one by Bunn but I like him generally -- will have to look that one up. Thanks for the warning about A Passion Most Pure. I had seen that title but hadn't looked into it yet. I probably won't. "Less is more" in that department.
Very interesting list, I am planning on checking out a few of them. Happy November reading!

Sounds like some nice reads on this list. I may have to check out Time and Again - sounds very interesting!
I did the Bible in 90 Days a few years back. It actually took me 180 days to complete, but I did it! I think what made it possible for me is that I had a newborn at the time and spent a lot of time rocking and nursing him. Maybe I'll try it again next spring when I have another newborn.
Congratulations for sticking with it!
